Apart Acapulco Estação Verão is a lodging service in complete apartments, without providing additional services.
We have different types of accommodation: " Kitnets ", " JK's ", " Apartments with 01 or 02 bedrooms ", with capacity to accommodate from 02 to 06 people , depending on the unit, and some of these units also have a balcony. With the exception of " Kitnets ", all units have a garage box for one vehicle .
All units have private kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchens are complete and equipped with all basic kitchen appliances, refrigerator and stove. All apartments have a TV and a ceiling fan.
No unit has a personal part, pillow, blankets, bed linen, table and bath.
Utensils such as a blender and an electric iron are made available to the customer for free loan.
Our daily rates:
Our daily rates are counted from 8:30 am until 7:30 am the next day, and check-in and check-out times are:
Check-in: from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm;
Check-out: until 9:00 pm on your last night, or until 7:30 am the next day.
There is no check-in and check-out after 21:00.
Conservation deposit:
When renting one of our apartments you will receive it sanitized and clean, ready for use. With that, you will have to leave in the form of a deposit an amount of R$ 80.00 . Upon your departure, the apartment will be inspected by a collaborator, if the conditions set out are met and are the same as those received, the amount of the deposit will be refunded.
Security deposit: BRL 80.00
TERMS OF USE:
Compliance with condominium coexistence rules by all apartment occupants. Coexistence rules see here.
Delivery of the apartment in the same conditions received, namely: with all its furniture, equipment, objects and utensils, in accordance and in the same conditions received. It should be noted that the list of furniture, equipment, objects and utensils is in the apartment, and the checking of said items is the customer's responsibility when entering the apartment, with 1 hour for complaints.
Minimum cleaning of the apartment before delivery for check-out, as per the conditions received.
It is forbidden to leave dirty dishes and food in the apartment.
It is forbidden to leave garbage on the apartment's premises at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for personal items and objects left in the rented unit after check-out.
Refund or retention:
When a check-out is requested, after the check-out has already been made, an employee will review the apartment, under the conditions set out above (the same conditions received), the value of the deposit is refunded to the client. If not in accordance with the conditions laid down, depending on the case, the full or partial value of the deposit, necessary for compliance with the provisions, may be retained.
Pets:
We accept small pets (eg dogs), in specific units, under specific rules, so you can enjoy your vacation with your Pet. See rules here With the exception of units available to bring pets, Pets are not accepted in other units.
